CX Creative Limited (“CX Creative”, “we”, “us”) is a growth and marketing agency based in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. This policy explains what information we collect through cxcreativelimited.com (the “Site”) and in the course of providing our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information you give us directly:
- Contact and inquiry details you submit through our forms — such as your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and anything you tell us about your business or project.
- Information you share when we work together — briefs, brand materials, and communications relating to your engagement.
Information collected automatically when you browse the Site:
- Usage information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived, and how you interact with the Site.
- Technical information such as your device type, browser, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

- To respond to your inquiries and schedule strategy calls you request.

Our systems and service providers
Inquiries submitted through the Site flow into the CX GrowthFlow™ system — the client-management and automation platform we use to respond to you, schedule calls, and manage follow-up. We also rely on a small number of trusted service providers for hosting, content management, analytics, communications, and scheduling. These providers process information only on our instructions and are required to protect it.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, where required by law or legal process, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition — in which case this policy will continue to apply to it.
Cookies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function, and may use analytics cookies to understand how the Site is used so we can improve it. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; the Site will still work with non-essential cookies disabled.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy — for example, for the duration of our conversation or engagement and a reasonable period afterwards — or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we work to protect your information as if it were our own.
International processing
Some of our service providers operate outside Jamaica. Where information is processed abroad, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives an equivalent standard of protection.

The Site and our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
